Well we only need $1500 $600 more for our down payment, but we also only have 2 weeks left to come up with the money!

If anyone who has been to our house can think of something we have that you want, please just make us an offer!  Just about the only thing we are dead set on keeping is our own bed.  We will not miss the stuff because most of it would not fit in our new house, so don’t feel bad about us loosing it. We need to sell it or throw it away.

Some of the items we are selling will include a queen sized bed, a 32″ TV, book caseses, DVD/CD shelves, two mountain bikes, our leather sofa and chair, a laser fax machine, a stereo reciever, a 5 disc DVD changer, lots of GameBoy Advance games, a couple Game Boy Advances, a PS2, a Game Cube, a couple Apple keyboards, a day bed with trundle and mattresses, a set of Bose Acoustimass speakers, 2 ceiling fans (I will even install them for you), a folding soft side dog crate for medium dogs, an old Sun Sparc 5 with 20″ monitor, lots of books, some DVD movies, some VHS movies, and anything else we find.

Make us a reasonable offer before we list something on eBay and save us both the hassle! I will hand deliver anything just about anywhere along the front range. Our stuff is generally in very good condition, we don’t have kids or otherwise abuse our things.  If you an think of anything else you’ve seen in our house and you want it, it’s probably for sale too so make an offer.

And of course we appreciate your buying yarn, fiber and skein winders now more than ever. Thank you everybody for all your help and support!

This is the floor plan for our house. The house is 30′ wide and 24′ deep with a 6′x30′ front porch. It will be positioned on the property as indicated on the map with the front door facing roughly south by southeast.
